Jantech’s most important goal is to be the best possible service organization, safely. We employ our own full time Health and Safety Manager. All Jantech field engineers are equipped with: Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Up to date calibrated tools and test equipment that are regularly re-certified, Full compliment of insulated tools and Flame Resistant (FR) uniforms. All Jantech field Engineers are NFPA 70E and OSHA certified, CPR/AED/First Aid Training, Proper Material and Equipment Handling and Safe Driver Training. Anytime a Jantech field engineer visits a client’s site, he will always perform Jantechs’ exclusive 11 point check (with customer approval). Jantech knows that if we have already spent the time to travel to / from a customers site, a minimum set of checks should always be performed on your system. This 11 point check will verify standard system vital signs prior to our departure from your facility.

In 1986, Jantech Services was formed as an independent service provider for UPS systems, batteries and power distribution equipment. From its’ humble beginnings with one office in Tampa, Florida, Jantech has grown into a significant East Coast concern with sales and service coverage from Connecticut to Key West, Florida. We are also partnered with other Companies nationwide to provide support outside of our core locations. With decades of field service experience, it was only natural to evolve into a turnkey provider of new and refurbished power protection equipment. Jantech is a well grounded; financially mature company who continues to grow on a controlled and methodical basis. Before hiring, all potential Jantech field engineer candidates undergo an extensive assessment to identify qualifications, strengths and weaknesses. This aids us in only hiring the best candidates available. In addition all potential field engineer candidates undergo a criminal background check, drug screening and MVR check prior to being hired. As Jantech is committed to a drug free workplace, our Field Engineers are subject to random drug testing or per customer request.
All Jantech Field Engineers are NFPA and OSHA certified, factory trained on multiple manufacturers’ equipment, and receive 75+ hours of in-house annual training to insure qualified servicing of your critical equipment.
